Program Structure
• 16 Weeks Total
• Launch Phase (3 weeks): Focuses on learning exercise terminology, form, and technique to prevent injury. Includes one weekly instructional session (Monday or Wednesday) and two general fitness classes.
• Core Phase (13 weeks): Builds on Launch Phase fundamentals with:
• 2 strength training sessions per week.
• 1-2 HIIT/SIT sessions weekly, sometimes combined with strength training.
• Plyometric exercises 2-3 times a week.
Equipment Used
Expect to work with air bikes, rowers, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX systems, and more.
